Description
This paper presents examples of local structural analysis of heteroatoms in amorphous composite oxides and zeolites using synchrotron radiation X-ray absorption spectroscopy. We show the possibility of using synchrotron X-ray spectroscopy to analyze the T site of heteroatoms in zeolite frameworks and consider what role NanoTerasu can play. (author)
