Application of next generation synchrotron radiation facility "NanoTerasu" in catalytic chemistry-zeolite as an example

Description

This paper presents examples of local structural analysis of heteroatoms in amorphous composite oxides and zeolites using synchrotron radiation X-ray absorption spectroscopy. We show the possibility of using synchrotron X-ray spectroscopy to analyze the T site of heteroatoms in zeolite frameworks and consider what role NanoTerasu can play. (author)

本稿では,放射光X線吸収分光を活用した非晶質複合酸化物およびゼオライト中ヘテロ原子の局所構造解析例を紹介する.放射光X線分光でゼオライト骨格中ヘテロ原子位置を特定できるか,その可能性を示すとともに,NanoTerasu(ナノテラス)がどのような役割を果たし得るかを考える.(著者)
