Description
Single crystals of K0.84Na0.16TiOPO4 solid solutions from the family of KTiOPO4-type ferroelectrics-superionic conductors were obtained by crystallization from flux. Their atomic structure is determined by x-ray diffraction analysis. The dielectric constant and electrical conductivity are measured. The effect of partial substitution of K+ by Na+ ions on the character of the ferroelectric phase transition is also studied
