On radiative magnetogasdynamic boundary shock wave

  • 1. D.A.V. (P.G.) Coll., Azamgarh (India)

Description

This paper represents in a radiative conducting gas, the occurrence of a boundary shock wave, considered as a region of translational non-equilibrium in a molecular flow at a very high rate out of a surface. The Rankine-Hugoniot jump relations, Prandtl relation and the other properties of a shock wave are derived. The existence of a boundary shock wave in a radiative conducting gas is also discussed.
