Calculation of spin characteristics of 2+ level substates of 12C
- 1. Moskovskij Gosudarstvennyj Univ. (USSR). Nauchno-Issledovatel'skij Inst. Yadernoj Fiziki
Description
Inelastic scattering of α-particles on carbon at Eα=30 MeV is considered in the paper in the framework of the distorted wave theory with the finite interaction range. Spin-tensors AKκ for the 2+ state of the 12C nucleus are considered, their sensitivity to calculation parameters is investigated in detail. AKκ found at optimal values of parameters are used then to find populations of magnetic sublevels and orientation of quadrupole and hexadecapole moments
