Fast neutron physics at PINSTECH

Description
The paper presents briefly the experimental work of Fast Neutron Physics Group using a 14 MeV neutron Generator Facility at PINSTECH. The experiments described include the elastic and inelastic scattering of 14.8 MeV neutrons from deuterons, gamma-rays decay widths and spectroscopy measurements, neutron induced reactions and fast neutron polarization studies. The discussion is preceded by a brief account of the methods of production, detections and energy measurements of neutrons. (authors)
