Financing of cogeneration projects in USA
Description
In 1978, USA Congress has voted the PURPA law (Public Utility Regulatory Policy Act) which favoured energy conservation and electric power generation in USA. Congress thought that cogeneration plants development will reduce fossil fuel demand. After an experience of twelve years, this paper describes cogeneration projects financing in USA. 5 refs
