Calculation of synthesis and deep purification of triethoxyboron

Description
The technique of preparing especially pure triethoxyboron including chemical synthesis and extraction purification is considered. The experimental data on the coefficients of impurity distribution depending on process temperature (293-333) and kinetics are given. It is shown that the time of establishing extraction equilibrium does not depend on the intensity of system mixing. The mathematical synthesis and extraction model allowing calculations of actual mass compositions of the system, molar heats of impurity transfer and mass transfer kinetic parameters is considered
