A study on the properties of plasma copolymer of vinyltrimethylsilane with benzene, styrene and hexafluoropropylene

Description
In capacitively coupled RF glow discharge with external electrodes, plasma copolymerizations of Vinyltrimethylsiane (VTMS) with benzene (Bz), styrene (St) and hexafluoropropylene (HFP) were carred out. The properties of the copolymer were studied by IR, TG, moisture-protection and contact angle measurements. The copolymer films of VTMS with Bz and St showed good moisture-protection properties
