Description

The correlation of some results of roentgenostructural and spectroscopic investigations of uranyl with tetrahedral oxoanions of 6 group elements of (CrO42-, MoO42-, WO42-, SO42-, SeO42-) is considered. It is found that the presence of uranyl ions with non-equilibrium shoulders in the structure of crystals is revealed, on the one hand, in the abnormal decrease in the frequency ν1 (UO2) as compared with that calculated according to known empirical correlations of the ν1=aν3+b type; on the other hand - in the appearance of an additional series over ν3 in electron-vibrational spectra of compounds. It is shown that for considered coordination uranyl compounds the dependence of mean values R(U-O) on ν3 value (UO2) agrees with available modifications of the Badger equation
