Distribution coefficients for equilibrium crystal-mellt in silicon base system

The literature data on the distribution coefficients (K) in the systems based on silicon have benn systematized. All the data are divided into 3 groups: the direct experimental results on the equilibrium values of K; the estimated data of semi-empirical nature, and the effective values of K.
