Emission of radioactive matter from nuclear power plants to the atmosphere in consideration of emission-reducing measures
Description
Production and discharge rates of radioactive matter from nuclear power plants are described. Off-air, vent and filtersystems are discussed. Based on the amounts of radiactive matter released to the atmosphere it was concluded that the technological facilities for the retention of such matter within nuclear power plants are sufficient.
Abstract (German)
Produktions- und Freisetzungsraten radioaktiver Stoffe aus Kernkraftwerken werden beschrieben. Abgas-, Lueftungs- und Filtersysteme werden erlaeutert. An Hand der in die Atmosphaere abgegebenen Mengen radioaktiver Stoffe wird der Schluss gezogen, dass die technischen Moeglichkeiten der Zurueckhaltung dieser Stoffe im Kraftwerk ausreichend sind.
