The results of experimental studies on slow ionization waves, originating in the gas-discharge instruments of low and medium pressure under the discharge conditions and modes, specific for the plasma current commutators, are presented. Приведены результаты экспериментальных исследований медленных волн ионизации, возникающих в газоразрядных приборах низкого и среднего давления при разрядных условиях и режимах, характерных для плазменных коммутаторов тока. Обсуждаются результаты исследований.
