Phase determination in neutron reflectometry
Description
In extracting the scattering length density from measured reflectivity, the phase of reflection coefficient is needed. Exact determination of the complex reflection coefficient for any unknown real scattering length density was shown by using a magnetic reference layers and neutron polarized.
