On the β-function of the nonlinear σ-model on the homogeneous Berger's space
Description
For the two-dimensional nonlinear σ-model on the homogeneous space Sp(2)/SU(2) (Berger's manifold) the Gell-Mann-Low β-function is found in one-loop order by the method of sectional curvatures. The result shows that the model is asymptotically free renormalizable σ-model
