Magnetic behaviour of DyBa2Cu3O7-δ ceramics at low temperatures

Description
A study was made on temperature and field dependences of magnetic susceptibility of DyBa2Cu3O7-δ in 0.07-100 K range. Magnetic T-H phase diagram of tetragonal phase was constructed. The maximum of magnetic susceptibility, related with antiferromagnetic ordering, was noted at 0.95 K
