Anisotropy of thermal conductivity in the plane of CsDy(MoO4)2 ferroelastic layer was detected. It is shown, that for qualitative description of thermal conductivity of anisotropic crystal, kinetic expression, taking into account the difference in sound velocities in the directions considered and in partial thermal capacities, can be used
