Determination of caesium-137 in water
Description
Cesium in water is coprecipitated with Prussian blue. Cesium-137 is analyzed in the precipitates by gamma spectrometry. Beta activity of the specimens is determined after further chemical treatment of the precipitates. Small number of operations makes it possible to achieve high degree of yield and high radiochemical purity
