PMR study of rare earth metaphosphates
- 1. Belorusskij Tekhnologicheskij Inst., Minsk
Description
Hydrates of trimetaphosphates and tetrametaphosphates of lanthanum, cerium, neodymium, europium and products of their dehydration are studied using the method of proton magnetic resonance. The change of water state in hydrates of lanthanide metaphosphates under conditions of their storage and the effect of the changes on the process of crystallohydrate dehydration are shown. Evaluation of certain crystallochemical parameters of the hydrates of rare earth metaphosphates, i.e. interproton distances in water molecule, the distances between proton and paramagnetic cation, is carried out on the basis of PMR spectra analysis
