Generalized kinetic theory of accumulation and recombination of radiation defects in solids
Description
The suggested phenomenological theory of kinetics of growth and recombination of radiation defects in solids is discussed. This theory takes into consideration the correlated defect creation by radiation, diffusion and annihilation A+B → O. For the first time the defect correlation of the same type was accounted. It was shown, that it is principle to account this function to describe the variation at large time from the usual hyperbolic kinetic low of bimolecular defect recombination and from the correct description of correlated defect annealing stage at small times
