A radioimmunoassay for β2-microglobulin using antigen isolated by a monoclonal antibody
Description
A monoclonal antibody has been used to isolate β2m from urine by a relatively simple two-stage procedure. A radioimmunoassay has been developed for β2m which has yielded preliminary clinical results in accord with the literature. The assay has potentially important applications for renal physicians and oncologists
