Carcinoma of the stomach developing after radio- and chemotherapy of lymphosarcoma
Description
A case of gastric adenocarcinoma in a 47-years old woman who for 9 years has undergone a preliminary treatment for lymphoplasmocytic lymphosarcoma is described. The patient periodically took the course of chemeotherapy and twice - the course of gammatherapy of stomach region with endoscopic examination. In the following two years, due to the application of endoscopy, changes in the mucous membrane of the patient from superficil adenomatous expansion of proliferating epithelium through growing dysplasia to adenocarcinoma were traced in dynamics. It is indicated that the developed carcinoma of the stomach may be associated to a certain extent with the undertaken treatment
