Tokamak plasma diagnostics according to radiation scattered on plasma density fluctuations is considered. Scattering and optical heterodyning processes are described. Review of experimental data on infrared, submillimeter and millimeter radiation scattering on plasma density fluctuations in plants with magnetic confinement is presented
