Relations among independently measured thermodynamic and fluid dynamic properties

A table is presented showing the equations connecting the various possible measurements of thermodynamic and fluid dynamic quantities. This table is an attempt to show readily the connections between different types of measured quantities. From the table one can observe how inconsistencies can arise among independent measurements of specific heats, pressure-volume-temperature data, isentropic exponent, and sonic velocity.
