European activation file for fusion

This paper describes the work performed to revise and extend the European Activation File (EAF). The extensions, revisions and improvements made in the first two versions of the file (EAF-1, EAF-2) are discussed as well as the work which is planned for EAF-3. The EAF-2 file contains cross-sections for all stable and unstable nuclides with half-lifes exceeding 0.5 day. Cross-sections leading to isomeric states are given separately and those isomeric states with T1/2>0.5 d are included as targets. The EAF-2 version contains about 11000 reactions on 667 targets. The EAF-2 data file will be further extended and improved and will be supplied with uncertainty information. (orig.)
