Investigation of angular distribution of ion-electron emission coefficient

Description
A systematic study has been carried put of angular dependences of the coefficient of ion-electron emission of a (100) face of a molybdenum single crystal under 30 keV Ne+ ion irradiation. The obtained experimental results are compared with the calculation based on the model of crystal transparency with respect to the incident beam
