Optical properties of indium eight-atom cluster lattice

Description
Optical and photoelectrical properties of NaA-In cluster crystal being an ensemble of indium eight-atom clusters forming a cubical sublattice with a period a=12.31 A in the NaA zeolite dielectrical matrix are studied. The interaction effects of electron excitations of a cluster subsystem with electron matrix excitations as well as photoconductivity (PhC) and luminescence are also studied. The NaA-In PhC spectra are measured in the 2-5 eV range using the dc contact technique and in the 2-3.5 eV range by the contactless method using the PhC measuring method at 1010 Hz
