Description
Today, the reconfiguration of power networks, especially distribution networks under breakdown conditions is determined by various off-line computations. The currently applied practices, however, rely greatly on experience of operators and immutability of network topology. Such approach can easily fall when some exploitation constraints cannot be respected. To solve these problems, the need to develop an effective and reactive tool is mandatory in this thesis. Several methods have been developed. These methods are quite fascinating, but they do not work efficiently enough due to their computation complexity and inability to produce optimal outcomes. By using a reasonable approach, the presented work aims at creating a tool that assists operators to reconfigure the power system dynamically and automatically after a breakdown occurs. In this thesis, we will present the approach applied for reconfiguration of discrete event systems (DESs), and explain its adaptation, the implementation progress into power network domain. (author)
Abstract (French)
Aujourd'hui, la reconfiguration des reseaux electriques en general ou des reseaux de distribution en particulier apres le defaut est realisee par des differentes approches de calcul hors ligne. Cependant, ces approches doivent reposer beaucoup sur l'experience des exploitants et l'immutabilite de la topologie du reseau. Une telle approche peut facilement tomber lorsque certaines contraintes d'exploitation ne peuvent pas etre respectees. Pour resoudre ces problemes, la necessite de developper un outil efficace et reactif est posee comme la problematique de la these. Actuellement, plusieurs methodes ont ete developpees. Ces methodes sont tout a fait fascinantes, mais elles ne travaillent pas assez efficacement en raison de leur complexite de calcul et de l'incapacite de produire des resultats optimaux. En utilisant une approche raisonnable, le travail presente dans cette these vise a creer un outil qui aide les exploitants a reconfigurer dynamiquement et automatiquement le reseau de distribution apres un defaut. Ici, nous presenterons l'approche retenue pour la reconfiguration des systemes a evenements discrets (DESs), et expliquer son adaptation, les progres de mise en oeuvre dans le domaine des reseaux electriques.
