On a generalization of Siegert theorem and separation of center-of-mass motion
Description
Siegert theorem generalization, in which the amplitude of the single-photon process on a nucleus is written in terms of the generalized electric and magnetic dipole moments of the nucleus, is made without conventional decomposition of the electromagnetic current into two parts: convection current associated with the motion of the nucleus as a whole and intrinsic current
