Es besteht ein grosser Bedarf an schnellen und kostenguenstigen Analysenverfahren, um umweltgefaehrdende Stoffe spezifisch zu erfassen. Diese muessen haeufig in submikromolaren Konzentrationen nachgewiesen werden. Eine moegliche Loesung bieten Biosensoren. (orig.)
