Phase equilibrium in Pr2O3-VO system

Description
Phase equilibria in system Pi2O3-VO have been studied by the methods of physicochemical analysis. It has been ascertained that a phase crystallized in perovskite structural type and referred to semiconductor materials is formed in the system. Crystal lattice parameters of the phases defined in the system in a wide range of concentrations have been calculated. 5 refs.; 2 figs
