Application of ion-selective electrodes to the determination of dimedrol

Description
Electrode properties of the membranes with ion associates of dimedrol with some molybdenum- and tungsten-containing heteropoly acids and tetraphenylboric acid were studied. The membrane exhibit low dimedrol detection limits, wide intervals of linear response, and stability for long time intervals. The membranes containing ion associates of dimedrol with molybdophosphoric acid exhibit the best characteristics. The possibility of the direct potentiometric determination of dimedrol in ready-made pharmaceutical forms was demonstrated. 9 refs.; 3 tabs
