Hydromagnetic flow of a dusty viscous visco-elastic boundary layer flow past a stretching plate and heat transfer

An analysis of visco-elastic boundary layer flow past a stretching plate and heat transfer has been studied in the presence of uniform magnetic field and the velocities of fluid and dust particle have been obtained. The velocity distribution obtained by Siddappa and Subhas Abel into non-dimensional form are transformed and the temperature distribution and local Nusselt number in the case of linear stretching plate for large Prandtl number P is evaluated. The velocities of fluid and dust particle due to motion of the stretching plate have been shown graphically. (author). 6 refs., 2 figs
