Exact calculation of level densities for non interacting many-fermion systems

Creators

Description

We have developed a recursive method to exactly calculate level densities of many fermion systems in large model spaces. A short review of the method is given. Some illustrative calculations are made for Calcium isotopes and lead 208. Results of saddle points approximation are compared to exact ones for Calcium isotopes. 6 references
