Magnetoresistance of La0.67Sr0.33MnO3 epitaxial films grown on the substrate with a small discrepancy between crystal lattice parameters

Description
One studied structure, electro- and magnetoresistance of La0.67Sr0.33MnO3 heteroepitaxial films (120 nm) being practically undeformed by the substrate. The sharp maximum of negative magnetoresistance MR ≅ 27% (μ0H=4 T) was observed at T = 360 K. The MR decreased monotonically with temperature, but even under 150 K it exceeded 2%. One determined temperature dependence of γ parameter characterizing intensity of (μ0H=5 T) magnetic field suppression of electroresistance of ferromagnetic phase of La0.67Sr0.33MnO3 films
Abstract (Russian)
Исследованы структура, электро- и магнетосопротивление гетероэпитаксиальных пленок (120 нм) La0.67Sr0.33MnO3, практически недеформированных подложкой. Резкий максимум отрицательного магнетосопротивления MR ≅ 27% (μ0H=4 T) наблюдался при T = 360 K. MR монотонно уменьшалось с температурой, но и при 150 К превышало 2%. Определена температурная зависимость параметра γ, характеризующего интенсивность подавления магнитным полем (μ0H=5 T) электросопротивления ферромагнитной фазы пленок La0.67Sr0.33MnO3Additional details
