The correction of pole figures

Formulae for the correction of transmission and reflection pole figures of parallel-sided plates are derived. It is discussed the case of a diffracted fraction of the attenuation which is anisotropically and depends on the texture. The application of these formulae for an exact solving demands the initiation and determination of an attenuation pole figure. Above this simplier correction formulae are given, which disregard the attenuation pole figure and can be applied in the case of pure multiple scattering in the texture maxima. (author)
