Superconductivity at high temperatures without copper - Ba(1-x)K(x)BiO3
Description
The crystal chemical and material aspects of a Ba(0.6)7K(0.4)BiO3 superconductor are studied and comparisons are made with Ba(Pb, Bi)O3. In a discussion of physical properties, the paper presents the magnetic susceptibility in the normal state for Ba(0.6)K(0.4)BiO3 and Ba(0.55)K(0.45)BiO3. A comparison is made with BaPb(0.75)Bi(0.25)O3. 19 references
