On a problem of thermo-piezoelectricity
Description
A problem of polarized annular disk of variable thickness made up of piezoelectric material when normal pressure and temperature field are prescribed on the boundaries is prezented. To solve this problem, the electro-magnetic equations of Maxwell, the equation of heat conduction in the steady state and the equation of mechanical motion of the material concerned have been used to find out the radial deformation of the annular disk.
