On the satellite structure of Ta Mα and Mβ x-ray lines

Description
Satellite lines in x-ray spectra of ion excited Ta atoms were studied. The usually unresolvable lines were measured by ADP analyzer crystal. The measured and tabelled data were compared with different theoretical predictions and with results of several calculation schemes. (D.G.) 7 refs.; 1 fig.; 1 tab
