On the role of magnetic pumping in experiments on the HF plasma heating in the range of ion cyclotron frequencies
Creators
Description
The aim of the paper is to study application of HF wave in the range of higher harmonics of ion cyclotron frequencies for plasma electron heating as a result of the Landau damping and magnetic pumping and for production of drag currents at small tokamaks. Possibilities of the effective electron heating by this method and od drag emission production in the case of nonsymmetric emission spectra of an antenna are shown by computer simulation
