Spectra and structure peculiarities of complex perovskites of E2LnMO6-Nd3+ (E-Sr, Ba, Ca; Ln-Y, Gd, La; M-Ta, Nb)

Description
Neodymium spectra are under consideration for ternary oxides - tantalates and niobates of E2LnMO6 type crystallizing in the form of perovskite-like laminated structures n(ABO3), where B and A are cations on sites with octahedral coordination polyhedrons and polyhedrons with coordination number equal to 8 respectively. Spectra of the compounds considered may serve as a standard during determination through ion spectra whether the ion location in perovskite-like crystal lattice is of B-type with octahedral surrounding or not. The spectra conforming to A-position is likely to be less characteristic
