Study on dismantlement of the sodium contaminated equipment and sodium disposal process
Description
On completion of a research and development, a treatment and dismantlement of sodium contaminated equipment is required as occasion demands. During the dismantling of a component which has contained sodium requires that two main chemical operations such as cleaning and decontamination of the components are to be carried out. This report presents the status of the cleaning and decontamination methods adopted for the different components in the experimental facilities
