Description

A Soller-type collimator is a large vertical channel with neutron reflecting parallel plates and which is used to reduce the neutron beam divergence which crosses over. Transmission studies of Soller-type collimator, built in our laboratory, confirms the reflector property of neutrons that the phosphorous bronze has. Thus, a divergence angle less than 9 minutes of grade was reached, resulting a neutron beam almost parallel
