Net - zero energy buildings - a good perspective for reduction of the greenhouse

  • 1. Technical University, Sofia (Bulgaria)

Description

The buildings are the biggest consumer of electrical energy and thus they produce a great deal of greenhouse gas. More and more countries realize the problem with the greenhouse effect and they take actions to reduce the emissions of gas to the atmosphere and signed the Kyoto protocol. Bulgaria is one of these countries. The construction of zero - net energy buildings is a good perspective for reduction of the greenhouse effect. The paper discusses the ways of realization of these conceptions. (authors)
