On unsatisfactory determination of total energy in general relativity theory of flat background

A simple example is used to prove that GRT formulation against the flat background is incapable of solving the problem of gravitational field energy-momentum. The conclusion is made that only relativistic gravitation theory solves the problem of gravitational field energy-momentum
