Description

Several high quality (Re)Ba2Cu3O7-δ crystals have been studied magnetically. Both the irreversible magnetisation and the creep rate show simple scaling behaviour over a substantial region of the H-T plane; the relationship between the two is explored. The ''fishtail'' peak in the magnetisation cannot be explained simply in terms of an anomalous field dependence of the creep rate. (orig.)
