Peculiarities electron-phonon interaction in DyBa2Cu3O7-δ

Description
Young modulus and sound absorption by DyBa2Cu3O7-δ (δ=0.7-0.1) tetragonal and rhombic ceramics within temperature range from 1.8 K up to 100 K and within magnetic fields up to 4T are measured. Softening of ∼(1-2)x10-2 Young modules at temperature decrease lower than 70 K is detected for both investigated ceramics. Different symmetry deformation susceptibilities calculated for a certain crystalline field explain the observed anomalies of Young modulus in the assumption of essential young-teller correlations. The conducted studies allow to consider DyBa2u3O7-δ compound belonging to young-teller elastics type
