Description
Commercially available antibodies were labelled, with 57Co, 90Y and 165Dy via DTPA chelation. If pure enough isotopes and other materials are available, reasonably high specific activities can routinely be obtained (to 1 - 30% of theoretical maximum) in this study. Purification methods for 57Co and 90Y are discussed. Also a rapid, reliable and simple method for labelled antibody purification is described. 6 refs., 1 fig
