Inclusive production of γ quanta and π0 mesons in p-barp interactions at 32 GeV/c

Description
The inclusive production of γ quanta and π0 mesons in p-barp interactions at 32 GeV/c is studied with the statistics of 73 thousands of γ-quanta. The data are obtained with the ''Mirabelle'' liquid hydrogen bubble chamber. The estimates of γ,π0,ω0 and η0 meson, and Σ0(Σ-bar0) hyperon inclusive cross sections are presented in the paper. Some indications of the existence of additional γ-ray sources are also obtained. The longitudinal and transverse momentum distributions of γ-quanta are compared with the data on p-barp experiments at other energies. The comparison of the production characteristics of neutral and charged pions is carried out
