Description
A rare case of giant coronary artery aneurysm related to an episode of blackout is presented. The aneurysm projected as a para-cardiac mass on the chest X-ray. The echocardiographic, MDCT and coronary angiography appearances of this rare condition are demonstrated, and we discuss the differential diagnoses of right para-cardiac masses. (orig.)
