The Role of Stainless Steel Flakes Epoxy Intermediate Nano-coating in the Heavy-duty Nano Organic Coating System
- 1. Northwest Institute of Nuclear Technology, Xi'an 710024 (China)
Description
In order to increase awareness of heavy-duty nano organic coating system, provide support to further optimize the coating system and shorten the process cycle. The role of Stainless steel flakes epoxy intermediate nano-coating in the nano heavy-duty organic coating system has been researched by SEM microscopic test analysis, 3.5% NaCl crossed accelerate immersion text and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy analysis. The results show that the Stainless steel flakes epoxy intermediate nano-coating has excellent connection effect. It makes the coatings in heavy-duty nano organic coating system binding more closly, can effectively enhance the anti-corrosion coating systems medium permeability, improve the corrosion resistance of the coating system.
